Left ventricle is thicker than all other chambers of heart Or Left ventricle has thicker wall than the right ventricle give reasons.

1. Left ventricle pumps oxygenated blood to all parts of body. Therefore, there is greater pressure from the blood in left ventricle. 
2. Right ventricle sends deoxygenated blood to lungs for oxygenation. This does not put more pressure and lungs are in vicinity of the heart. 
3. Due to these functional difference between the two ventricles, left ventricle has thicker wall than of right ventricle.
